A drop-down plate hingedly mounted to the conveyor frame and positioned in between the pair of side rails. The drop-down plate is pivotable between an open position and a closed position, wherein the drop-down plate encloses a component of the conveyor carriage in the closed position. The conveyor carriage to pick up and deposit loads from and to a load handling station. The load handling station including a control box with a pivotable lid to enclose one or more components of the load handling station in the closed position.

Modular Vertical Lift System

US Patent:
2023000, Jan 12, 2023
Filed:
Jul 6, 2021
Appl. No.:
17/368143
Inventors:
- Mason OH, US
Benjamin HART - Cincinnati OH, US
Anthony TURCO - Liberty Township OH, US
International Classification:
B65G 1/06
B66F 7/28
Abstract:
A lift structure of a rack storage system including a pair of vertical post, a pair of guide rail portions stacked one on top of the other, a mounting brace, and a mounting platform attached to the pair of vertical post. The mounting brace includes an adjustment mechanism to adjust an alignment between the pair of guide rail portions fastened together by a clamping plate. A load handling station is secured to the mounting platform to support loads transported to and from the rack storage system, wherein the load handling station is located by locating a position of the mounting platform.

Carriage Lift Assembly For Storage Handling And Article Retrieval

US Patent:
2021027, Sep 9, 2021
Filed:
May 21, 2021
Appl. No.:
17/327039
Inventors:
- Mason OH, US
Anthony Turco - Mason OH, US
Jarl Nicholas Sebastian - Mason OH, US
International Classification:
B65G 1/06
B66B 7/06
F16C 19/06
B66B 11/02
Abstract:
The present disclosure relates to a carriage lift assembly including a mast member, a top and bottom bearing assembly, one or more belt members, one or more belt tensioner assemblies, and one or more carriage assemblies. Each belt tensioner assembly defines a first clamping block and a second clamping block for securing a first and a second end, respectively, of a belt member to provide initial tension, and a pair of bolt members adjusted to move a slidable plate member upon which the second block is coupled to provide final tension. Each carriage assembly is removably attached to a corresponding belt tensioner assembly, and defines a center plate and two side plates. Each side plate defines at least a removable set of guiding wheels and a first set of guiding members.

Conveyor With Guide Rails To Support A Divert Unit

US Patent:
2021013, May 6, 2021
Filed:
Jan 5, 2021
Appl. No.:
17/141632
Inventors:
- Mason OH, US
Timothy A. Koeninger - Alexandria KY, US
Jacob Wieneke - Liberty Township OH, US
Anthony J. Turco - Liberty Township OH, US
International Classification:
B65G 47/84
B65G 21/10
Abstract:
A conveyor that includes a conveyor frame, a first guide rail assembly, a divert unit having a switch assembly, and an alignment key is described. In this regard, the first guide rail assembly is positioned on a first portion of the conveyor frame such that rails of the first guide rail assembly extends along a length of the conveyor. In some examples, the first guide rail includes a first guide rail and a second guide rail positioned parallel to the first guide rail. Further, the first guide rail defines a groove along a length of the first guide rail assembly. Furthermore, according to some examples, the switch assembly defines a key slot. The key slot is adapted to enable the alignment key to pass through the key slot and further into the groove of the first guide rail, thereby, aligning the switch assembly on the first guide rail.

Abstract:
A sortation conveyor has an endless apron supported for longitudinal movement on an elongate frame. An induction conveyor deposits articles on an offset lateral portion of a top conveying run of the apron. A pin guide assembly is coupled between the elongate frames and is upwardly presented to selectively receive the pin of pushers that laterally move across the apron. An upstream pre-sort section thereof positions articles from the offset lateral portion to an opposite lateral portion of the top conveying run. A downstream divert section of the pin guide assembly selectively diverts the articles to a divert target on the corresponding lateral side to the selected one of offset lateral position and the opposite lateral position.

Golf Vision Discipline Training System And Method

US Patent:
2017005, Feb 23, 2017
Filed:
Aug 22, 2016
Appl. No.:
15/243042
Inventors:
Anthony Turco - Liberty Township OH, US
International Classification:
A63B 69/36
G02C 5/00
Abstract:
An eyeglass assembly for training golfers includes first and second lenses that are opaque except at first and second viewing portions. The first viewing portion on the first lens provides a first eye of the user with a view of the target in a target region, such as the golf ball, while the second viewing portion provides a second eye of the user with a view not including the target region. An opaque feature such as a horizontal line is also provided on the second lens such that the eyes of the user co-register the horizontal line with the first viewing portion to form a focus point that must be maintained on the golf ball if head movement is to be avoided during a swing. The opaque portions at the remainder of the assembly prevent visual distractions that may undesirably move the eyes and the head during the swing.
