Hello, my name is Dennis T Elder. I started my financing career back in the Spring of 1997 working in the manufactured home industry as a sales manager. What a great introduction that was to the world of finance, construction, and real estate. A couple of years later I moved to Bellevue and starting working for a large firm as a loan officer. I earned several awards and recognitions while I was there as well as the nickname “diesel” (thanks Dave!). I moved back to the Centralia WA area in 2002 and continued originating mortgage loans. I started a mortgage contract processing company, iprocessing, in January 2006. I wanted to help other loan officers and their clients fund their loans quickly and efficiently by streamlining the processing of the loan application. Today, I am still involved in iprocessing and use it as a platform to train and motivate loan officers. Originating home loans has always been my passion, and over the last 10 years I have focused on one thing: making the process of getting a home loan as simple and transparent as possible for the borrower. I use a mortgage planning approach to analyze my clients current situation as well as their future goals to put together a unique and personalized mortgage program. I like giving clients choices as well as educating them to make intelligent decisions regarding on of their greatest assets: their HOME!
