-Supervisor on duty when terrorist struck on September 11, 2001. Responsible for organizing the shutdown of National Airspace System and halting all operations at over 100 Georgia airports.
-Received national award from Lockheed for software development to consolidate reports from several databases. Program was accepted and adapted nationwide.
-Received superior achievement awards for surpassing standards for five of last eight years.
-National recognition for a suggestion that saved money on redundant phone lines. My suggestion was elevated to the national level and saved the FAA tens of thousands of dollars annually.
-“Letters of Appreciations” from Regional Administrator of the FAA and others.
-Nine “Special Act”, “Performance” and “Time off” awards from the local and national management.
