Being licensed and active in real estate for 10 years I bring forth my extensive knowledge ranging from personal home sellers/buyers to investors flipping houses or commercial properties and development. Still continued on the commercial track selling hotels/motels, office buildings, and working exclusively for several investors.

In 2001 Worked for a Sotheby’s Affliliate Broker Brooks Clark and Company in Islamorada selling luxury waterfront homes. Created a niche selling hotels/motels to developers for residential projects in the Keys Average sales per year $10m . Continued working commercial, for investors finding projects US Wide for motel/hotels repositioning, offices, raw land for development, and flipping houses.
Transitioned 2009 to Ft Myers, Cape Coral and Naples, learning the market trends of one of the hardest hit locations in Florida therefore, knowing it would be one of the areas first to revive economically in Florida. Early this year an investor seeked me out for luxury waterfront /canal front properties. Finding, viewing properties for profit analysis, that have 10-30% net profits criteria, contracts, inspections, negotiations, due diligence, construction bids for renovations, escrow with title companies, monitor contractors for project completion, listing the property and flipped for sale when completed and staging if necessary.
