Although I am new to the Santa Clarita area, I am by new means new to real estate. I've been a licensed top producer in New York for the last 8 years. I went to USC for college and have always wanted to come back to California, now was the time. After researching many real estate organizations I joined Silver Creek Realty. They have a great mix of people and are very client focused. One great example of this is Loan Modifications. Most of us are feeling the tightening of the economy. During these difficult time there are a lot of organizations offering assistance. One option is Loan Modification. When looking at some of these companies they will assist you, but at a great cost. I myself received a letter offering assistance at $3000. Silver Creek promotes Loan Modifications for FREE. No cost to the consumer. This client first attitude is very important to me and as a company we have helped a lot of people. I view my job more as a consultant than a real estate agent. I assist with the process and give my clients options.
