I have spent a lot of time becoming familiar with recreational and retirement properties, from cabins and cottage homes, to raw land and building lots. I represent one of the premier builders in the state of Utah and exclusively market many residential projects and developments for them. I have a good grasp on Foreclosures/REO's and Short Sales, having worked on many properties regarding both the buying and listing/selling dynamics of each. And have a team of specialists that are entirely devoted to that aspect of the business!
