I am a 5th generation Colorado Native, my family goes back to 1874 in the Aspen and Glenwood Springs area of Colorado. I am married with 2 Great grown children, my wife and I have been married for 40 years in 2010. I am a graduate from Western State College in Gunnison Colorado with degrees in Business, Economics and Accounting. I owned 50% of 9 retail outlets of a large foodservice franchise in Colorado Springs for 15 years. I have served on multiple organization and non profit board of directors over the past 35 + years and recieved many awards while doing so, some of the organizations were Colorado Restaurant Assn. several school advisory boards (public school districts, community colleges and trade schools), Tourism Boards, Chamber of Commerence(s), Home Owners Associations, Park and Rec. Disticts, Churches. We have been living in the Ridgway area for the past 18 years. I got involved in real estate in 1995 working with Fairway Pines (now Divide Ranch and Club) as an agent for the developer, I also managed the athletic club and food service while working there. I also chaired Fairway Pines ARC committee for 7 years. When I left the development I moved my real estate license to the local Coldwell Banker office where I earned several awards from Coldwell Banker including the Dimaond award, I purchased the Coldwell Banker office in 2004 then merged with with Telluride Real Estate Company until 2008 when we closed that office down, in 2008 I became an agent with Re/Max Cimarron Realty LLC where I am one of their top agents.
