Filed:
May 11, 2021
Appl. No.:
17/317664
Inventors:
- Seattle WA, US
Daniel Eric deMarteleire - Seattle WA, US
Alan Thomas Capps - Monroe WA, US
Carl Derline - Seattle WA, US
Assignee:
Zipwhip, Inc. - Seattle WA
International Classification:

Mark Message As Unread

US Patent:
2020022, Jul 16, 2020
Filed:
Jan 11, 2019
Appl. No.:
15/929089
Inventors:
- Seattle WA, US
Alan Capps - Monroe WA, US
Ali Serghini - Seattle WA, US
James Lapic - Kirkland WA, US
International Classification:
H04L 12/58
H04W 4/14
Abstract:
A method for marking a message as unread includes: receiving an electronic message at an account and controlling a user interface to display the electronic message. Via the user interface, a selection of the displayed message is received from a user. In response, a status of the displayed message is set as read, and the user interface is controlled to display at least one message option for selection by the user. The at least one message option includes a mark-as-unread option. Via the user interface, a selection of the mark-as-unread option is received for the displayed message. In response, the status of the displayed message is set as unread. Setting the status of the displayed message as unread causes a notification to be sent to at least the user, the notification indicating the displayed message as an unread message, in order to increase a priority level of the displayed message.

System And Method For Generating And Transmitting Automatic Reply Messages

US Patent:
2020019, Jun 18, 2020
Filed:
Dec 18, 2018
Appl. No.:
16/224538
Inventors:
- Seattle WA, US
Anthony Riemma - Seattle WA, US
Carl Derline - Seattle WA, US
James Lapic - Kirkland WA, US
Alan Capps - Monroe WA, US
Michael Smyers - Seattle WA, US
International Classification:
H04L 12/58
H04W 4/14
G06F 17/27
Abstract:
A method and apparatus receive inputs corresponding to one or more trigger parameters at a graphical user interface. The one or more trigger parameters are then utilized to generate an event processor. The event processor then subscribes to a message receive channel, selects messages to provide an autoreply message based on the one or more trigger parameters, selects the autoreply message for the messages, and publishes the autoreply message. Each of the messages selected by the event processor and the autoreply message published are displayed on the graphical user interface.

System And Method For Rapid Entity Role Delegation

US Patent:
2020016, May 21, 2020
Filed:
Nov 15, 2018
Appl. No.:
16/192652
Inventors:
- Seattle WA, US
Daniel deMarteleire - Seattle WA, US
Alan Capps - Monroe WA, US
James Lapic - Kirkland WA, US
International Classification:
H04L 29/06
H04L 12/58
Abstract:
A method for assigning a delegate includes: receiving, from a first user, a request for authentication of the user with respect to a line; and, upon the authentication of the user being successful, controlling a user interface to display a plurality of users selectable as a delegate for the first user with respect to the line. A selection of a second user is received. The second user is assigned access to the line as the delegate for the first user. The access to the line as the delegate is carried out exclusive of credentials information of the first user. The access to the line as the delegate grants at least permission to send messages or permission to receive messages on behalf of the first user. A notification is generated to inform the second user of the assigning of the access to the line as the delegate for the first user and the delegate is enabled to access the line.

Portable Document File Communication System

US Patent:
2019030, Oct 3, 2019
Filed:
Mar 25, 2019
Appl. No.:
16/364027
Inventors:
- Seattle WA, US
Alan Capps - Monroe WA, US
International Classification:
H04L 12/58
G06F 17/21
Abstract:
A method for operating a portable document file (PDF) communication system involves receiving a composition control through a structured message user interface (UI) on a first device. The method uploads a PDF to a document transformation engine. A PDF analyzer identifies at least one break point within the PDF. A PDF splitter is configured with the at least one break point to generate at least one image from the PDF and transmit the PDF and the at least one image to an archiver. The archiver is operated to store the at least one image and the PDF and generate an archival link. A multimedia message service (MMS) composer is operated to generate a message parcel from the at least one image and the archival link. The structured message user interface is operated to communicate the message parcel as an MMS message to an endpoint.
