Andrea Merritt has been an active member of the real estate community for over 14 years. She is a graduate of Rider University where she earned her B.A. Degree in Communications. She acquired her Pennsylvania Real Estate license in 1998 while working in Property Management. In 2006, Andrea joined Coldwell Banker Realty Corporation in Philadelphia, Pa. where she developed a substantial residential and commercial sales base. In 2008 she obtained her New Jersey license and joined Coldwell Banker Commercial Real Estate in Cherry Hill, NJ. working strictly in Commercial and Multifamily Real Estate. Her core principals are in retail leasing and multifamily sales. In July of 2009 Coldwell Banker Commercial merged with Legend Properties Inc. where Andrea worked in the Center City Philadelphia office on numerous retail accounts, including Carl Dranoff's newest project 777 S. Broad. Andrea remained with Legend Properties briefly before joining the KW Commercial Center City Philadelphia office as Managing Director. Prior to becoming associated with real estate brokerage Andrea was employed in Property Management and Procurements in Center City Philadelphia. She worked for developers specializing in investments and development of apartment/condominium complexes. Her responsibilities included building procurements, building layout and development and leasing and/or sales of completed spaces.
