A foldable garment hanger capable of being attached to and folded with a garment and then boxed, if necessary, and shipped with the garment in a minimum of space so that the hanger needs merely to be unfolded with the garment and hung upon arrival at the retail store. The hanger is comprised of a hanger body, a suspension member and two arms, each with garment retaining means at its end. The arms are connected by a living hinge that enables the arms to be folded toward each other.
