TEAM McFARLANDAnn & Alden McFarland We are a husband & wife team specializing in residential, land and commercial real estate in the greater mid-coast section of Maine. We both grew up in the Damariscotta area and graduated from Lincoln Academy. We're familiar with all the nooks and crannies of Lincoln County having explored them by car, on foot & by water. We love working with both buyers and sellers and our fairly unique approach emphasizes team work. We are strong belivers in serving in our community as well;Alden served 10 yrs on the So. Bristol Planning Board, Budget Committee & Comprehensive Plan, he currently serves on the CLC Board of Direcotrs, has been active with the local YMCA, Gulf of ME Foundation, Lincoln Academy Development Committee, Damariscotta Region Chamber of Commerce and is an active member of the Damariscotta-Newcastle Lions Club. Ann has been on the Board of Directors for the Pemaquid Watershed, is a current member of the Skidompha Board of Directors, is an active member of the Damariscotta-Newcaslte Lions Club and is the District Governor for the Lions of Maine. Professionally, Ann has served on the Maine Associations of REALTORS Stategic Planning Committee and now serves on the Maine Real Estate Information System Board of Directors. We are both active in our Lincoln County Board of REALTORS and belong to the Maine Association of REALTORS and the National Association of REALTORS.
