Background: Born and raised in the Northwest, I have spent my life learning the back roads of Washington State. I started my real estate career at a local company in 1996 working part-time. In 2000 I was asked to join the Everett office of Keller Williams where I have been working, full time, ever since. In 2007, I earned my Managing Broker's license and became the Designated Broker of the office, supervising the 100+ agents in the office, all the while maintaining a high production level keeping me in the top 10 producers in the office. I serve with regularity on the Northwest Multiple Listing Service's Disciplinary and Arbitration Board helping to keep the real estate industry's reputation of integrity intact. I have taught classes to agents of all levels and experience and have recently received my CREI (Certified Real Estate Instructor) from the State of Washington. Standards: I maintain a high degree of integrity and believe in "doing the right thing" and honesty. Over the years, I have closed over $50M in real estate transactions and my business is 90% repeat and referral based which speaks for the level of service and satisfied customers. My customers range from first time homebuyers, to luxury homes, builders, developers and has helped investors create wealth through real estate investing. I also have extensive knowledge of financing options and have guided customers to investigate options that their loan officer failed to advise them of. I have helped buyers using rehab loans, reverse mortgage purchases (yes, they are possible), VA, FHA, FHA 184 (Indian Home Loans for Native Americans), Native American Direct VA loans, Jumbo Loans and "Doctor Loans" and "hard money" investor loans.
