About:
As an airline captain for a large US airline, I have perfectly developed the ability to help you make sound decisions in, what may be deemed, the largest investment in your life. Buying or selling a home isn't always about making quick decisions, but it IS always about making sound decisions. My personal business philosophy is, not to choose clients based on what I can sell, but to choose my clients based on who I feel I can truly help. Buying and selling real estate can be a confusing and, often intimidating, process if you don't have access to the best possible information. Do you know where to go? Do you know who to turn to? Do you know the right questions to ask? I can help you with all of your real estate needs! I am not just an agent. I am your real estate professional, your personal consultant, your agressive negotiator, and your personal concierge...Always! I look forward to showing you a fresh approach with real results!

Energy Return Wheel Systems And Methods

US Patent:
6701985, Mar 9, 2004
Filed:
May 20, 2002
Appl. No.:
10/151712
Inventors:
Brian A. Russell - Littleton CO, 80125-9268
International Classification:
B60C 710
US Classification:
152 47, 152 48, 152 50, 152 30
Abstract:
The present invention provides exemplary vehicle wheel assemblies for use with a wide range of wheeled vehicles and apparatus. In one embodiment, a wheel assembly ( ) includes first and second rim portions ( ) having edges ( ). The wheel assembly includes a cartridge disposed in a trough portion between the rim edges. The cartridge includes a chamber portion ( ) having a plurality of spaced protrusions ( ), a resilient member ( ) disposed over the plurality of spaced protrusions, an actuator ( ) disposed over the resilient layer, and a traction layer ( ) disposed over the actuator. The actuator is adapted to compress the resilient layer at least partially into the chamber portion when the wheel assembly is loaded with a weight. In this manner, the wheel assembly is capable of providing energy return to the wheel assembly during rotation thereof.

Sole Construction For Energy Storage And Rebound

US Patent:
6842999, Jan 18, 2005
Filed:
May 12, 2003
Appl. No.:
10/435945
Inventors:
Brian A. Russell - Littleton CO, US
Assignee:
Britek Footwear Development, LLC - Littleton CO
International Classification:
A43B 1318
US Classification:
36 28, 36 27, 36 29
Abstract:
A sole construction for supporting at least a portion of a human foot and for providing energy storage and return is provided. The sole construction includes a generally horizontal layer of stretchable material, at least one chamber positioned adjacent a first side of the layer, and at least one actuator positioned adjacent a second side of the layer vertically aligned with a corresponding chamber. Each actuator has a footprint size smaller than that of the corresponding chamber, and is sized and arranged to provide individual support to the bones of the human foot. The support structure when compressed causes the actuator to push against the layer and move the layer at least partially into the corresponding chamber. In one embodiment, dual action energy storage and rebound is provided by using a plurality of actuators that move both upwardly and downwardly into corresponding chambers. In another embodiment, lateral stability is improved by using tapered actuators having a convex shape to accommodate the natural rolling movement of the foot.
