Brian Whitten has been an active real estate investor since early 2002. Upon graduation from the United States Naval Academy in Annapolis, MD, the US Navy began to relocate him throughout the country during his training to become a Naval Aviator. It was at this time that Brian began to acquire rental properties all over the United States. When Brian was not launching his F/A-18 Super Hornet off the front of an aircraft carrier, he was pursuing his passion of real estate. In 2008, he successfully passed the state real estate exam and became a licensed Texas Realtor. It was during this time, while he was representing buyers and sellers, that he realized the true potential of investing in the housing market. In 2009, lacking enough of his own capital to purchase properties outright, he began to team with other investors to find distressed properties that needed extensive work. He then assembled a small crew and began tackling these projects one-by-one. His efforts did not go unrewarded, every project Brian took on and oversaw would become highly profitable. Although he did not realize it at the time, the idea ofTally Two Investment Grouphad been born. After transitioning from active duty, Brian and his family moved to Austin, TX. He immediately began to network with other like-minded investors and officially formed Tally Two Investment Group. This high growth real estate company has already had tremendous success in the highly-competitive Austin market and will continue to thrive as the Texas economy thrives. Although Brian is proud of his company's success, he most enjoys helping families find solutions to their real estate needs when they are experiencing difficult and challenging situations.
