Beta Gamma Sigma (Epsilon Chapter)
I was inducted into Beta Gamma Sigma, an International Honor’s Society, this semester. The Society recognizes business excellence. I was chosen to be a part of this society because of academic achievements (must be upper 10% of their senior class) and was also nominated by a faculty member. This membership is “the highest recognition for any business student in the world”. Approximately 50 senior undergraduate students were inducted into the society per year

I was on the executive board for Women In Business during this year and we won the Most Outstanding Student Organization of the Year by faculty and student vote. All 200+ student clubs and organizations on at Penn State University were in consideration for this award

I participated in a leadership development my sophomore year. I was one of 53 sophomores that participated in the program and were chosen based upon having high academic and leadership experiences. The program consisted of 4 workshop sessions in the areas of professional communication and leadership skills.
