* Transitioned the stores to the use of the email system for replying to request /information.
* Updated/Revised Corporate SOP’s to be more user friendly-Safe Audits, Monthly Self Audits, Monthly Safety Inspections
* Created emailable forms to use for corporate requests to ensure a faster response time vs. the fax machine /US mail. This in return saved the company cost (I.e. paper, toner, phone line cost /minute for each page of a fax, US postage).
