About:
Catherine Bennison is a native of Southern California and a resident of San Pedro. Having established Bennison & Borges Investments in 1980, she has been an active investor in the California real estate market for years. She has concentrated her investments in single family residences and multi-family residential income properties. She also has extensive experience with Section 8 and HUD properties. She obtained her California Real Estate license in 1986.
Prior to entering the real estate field, Catherine was in international banking for thirteen years. Her responsibilities, with Union Bank, involving extensive travels to Western Europe and North Africa, were to help manage the Bank's loan portfolio and corresopondent banking relationships in certain countries located in those areas. Subsequently, as a Vice President with Pittsburgh International Bank, she helped open and establish that bank's presence in the Los Angeles market.
Now with Keller Williams, Los Angeles Harbor Office, Catherine's background and knowledge will insure her clients excellent opportunities, whether they are first time home buyers or investors looking for multifamily residential income properties. With her extensive knowledge of the current real estate market and her experience, a smooth transaction through close of escrow is assured.
