Interests:
I would like to advance in Health Care in the Alzheimers/Dementia field. I have found that this is where I belong. I do have interest in Assisted Living along with Retirement homes as well. My interests is to advance to Administrative Position to be able to train the next generation of Care Givers, Supervisors and Administration Personnel, to take care of our Generation and many Generations to come. I have Care giving experience, Med Tech experience, Overseer of care staff experience, and some supervisor experience in the health care system. Even if this means, I start out as a Supervisor of Care Staff at first, then work my way up the ladder to Administrator. This is fine with me. I believe with the work experience I have I can help make changes that are currently needed in our health care system. My wish is to build upon the very foundation of our career and make it stronger for the next generation.
