Description:
Today's real estate market is very diverse, sophisticated and sometimes daunting. That is why Traditions Realty Team of Bryan/College Station has developed a strategic process to maximize your real estate investment. Through open and honest communication we can make buying or selling exciting and successful! Here at Traditions Realty Team we are building strong real estate portfolios, one lifelong client at a time. About Chad Hovde, Team Lead Realtor/ Broker Chad Hovde was raised working side-by-side with generations of real estate entrepreneurs, brokers, lenders, builders and land developers. His true passion for the Brazos Valley real estate industry is only trumped by his love of people. Chad works diligently to ensure that the Traditions Realty Team is a foremost leader of the Bryan/College Station real estate market and that every single client is treated with the utmost professionalism. The Traditions Realty Team business model, created by Chad, revolves around an expansive knowledge of the local marketplace and contracts, exceptional property marketing strategies, unparalleled customer service, plus always striving to adapt and innovate. After growing up in an avant-garde real estate environment Chad worked his way through Texas A&M University. While attending the university he had the opportunity to start his own career in the local banking industry. Chad attributes much of his success in real estate to his time in banking. His vast knowledge of the Bryan/College Station residential and commercial asset base accompanied by his experience in the bank management business only strengthens his ability to represent his clients to the highest levels. Before leaving the local banking industry to embark on the building of a real estate company, Chad married his childhood sweetheart Lauren Amelia. They each graduated from Texas A&M and continue to stay very active with the university. Chad earned his business degree with honors and still guest lectures at May's Business School . Together Lauren and Chad serve on many local charities, boards and committees as they love living in and being part of such a unique and dynamic community as Aggieland. Chad is currently serving as the Bryan/College Station Apartment Association President of the Board. He also feels that for a community to know where it is going, it must know where it has been. This requires knowing your history, so Chad also sits on the Brazos County Historical Commission. Chad has been instrumental in making the Traditions Realty Team a market leader and doing so by making everything about serving the client. Word of mouth is still the best advertisement, so simply ask any client of Chad's or member of our great community to vouch for his work ethic, knowledge and integrity. Chad Hovde and The Traditions Realty Team look forward to making your next transaction the best and building a lifelong relationship
