About:
Christopher Diener has lived in the Pasadena Foothills area for the past 22 years. He attended Pasadena High School, Pasadena City College and graduated from the University of Phoenix in Pasadena with a Bachelors Degree in Administration of Criminal Justice. Christopher owned his own successful construction consulting firm for 5 years working on many high profile commercial and residential projects. More recently he has been assisting friends and family buy and sell homes in Pasadena and surrounding areas. Christopher and his wife Kerra enjoy International travel, but since the birth or their twins Ashton and Berlin they have been traveling closer to home, like to the park or the Monrovia Street Fair. Christopher has traveled to Germany, Holland, France, Mexico, Thailand, and Japan. Christopher’s hobbies include buying, selling, and driving classic cars. He often goes to the Rose Bowl antique Swap Meet and Pomona Antique Car Swap Meet. One of his favorite T.V shows is Flip This House. He has been closely watching the real estate market in Pasadena and surrounding areas for years and is excited about the opportunities buyers, sellers and investors will have in 2010. Christopher says that “this is going to be a record setting year!”
