Paintball Pod Holder Systems

US Patent:
7100810, Sep 5, 2006
Filed:
Nov 8, 2004
Appl. No.:
10/984257
Inventors:
John P. Bosch - Scottsdale AZ, US
Clyde McKay - Scottsdale AZ, US
International Classification:
A45F 5/00
US Classification:
224682, 224684, 224231, 224196, 224931
Abstract:
This invention provides a paintball pod holder system for convenient one-handed removal and replacement of paintball pods. Preferably, one or more rigid paintball pod holders are attached to a belt or other support. A stiff lining of the inside of the paintball pod holder keeps the holder open at the ends and permits convenient insertion of paintball pods. The lining also has a spring clip function to securely hold the paintball pod. There is also a non-slip surface to prevent the system from slipping against the body during use.

Paintball Loader Systems

US Patent:
7966999, Jun 28, 2011
Filed:
Mar 28, 2008
Appl. No.:
12/058619
Inventors:
John P. Bosch - Scottsdale AZ, US
Clyde McKay - Scottsdale AZ, US
International Classification:
F41B 11/02
US Classification:
124 511
Abstract:
A paintball loader system designed to efficiently deliver paintballs to a paintball gun. The drive mechanism is a screw-type design comprising a resilient auger. A microcontroller is programmed to automatically adjust the rotation of the auger based on data from multiple sensor points within the loader. The auger is mounted such that both rotational axial movements are enabled during operation. The axial movement of the auger is used to maintain a constant force on the paintballs awaiting loading within the paintball gun.
