Bragging Rights:
Bragging rights.... hmmmm... I have to say here that sometimes we have to hit bottom before we can achieve anything! I have pulled myself completely out of the darkest deepest hole of my life and lived through it. I truly believe we grow as individual's as trials come our way. I used massage as a way to heal myself physically and emotionally! Parenthood is no picnic but has many rewards. Cystic Fibrosis is a battle my son deals with on a daily basis. Now that my knowledge is so vast in healthcare and massage modalities I now know how to incorporate additional proactive treatments for my son. We have not got, as you would say "bragging rights" on CF yet but we can say we are slowly overcoming it everyday. YAY! (BIA) Back In Action will donate 10$ from every massage to CF to support research for a cure. Okay more bragging rights....I survived a bad kayking accident last summer which left me with a badly injured leg that has taken me a better part of a whole year to rehab...! I have survived many marathons, hikes, cycling events and even a bad car accident in 2010. More Bragging: I have had on my table and treated....Hockey players... (yes, the famous ones) Football players ... (yes, *sigh* the famous ones you love), song writers, country singers, musicians, producers, lawyers and DOCTORS! Just to mention the type of client's that come to me.... I am proud of this because word of mouth is POWERFUL!!!!
