Cori is a native of the Seattle area and graduated from Washington State University with Bachelor’s degrees in Psychology and Sociology and was a member of Kappa Delta sorority. Upon graduating college Cori entered the family business and went to work with her mother at Windermere Real Estate in Kirkland, Washington. After a short time, Cori decided to spread her wings and became involved with high tech sales where she sold internet connectivity and services to corporate clients for WorldCom (which would later become WorldCom/MCI). Cori then joined Visio, maker of the wildly popular charting and diagramming software of the same name, working in large corporation sales, focusing on the South and South East, until Visio's acquisition by Microsoft. In search of her next challenge, Cori left Microsoft for Red Hat, the Linux service and support firm. Over the next two years, Cori built the Red Hat Linux sales team, and developed and became the product manager for the Onsite Consulting product. Red Hat arguably had the first sales organization for open source software. Some of Coris clients included NASA, Coca Cola, Wachovia Bank, Papa Johns and BMW. After an action packed hi-tech career and a very successful IPO for Red Hat Linux, in 2001 Cori decided to chuck her high tech sales career to "recharge her batteries for a winter". She moved to Jackson Hole, Wyoming to teach snowboarding to kids for one winter. After an amazing season she decided to stay in Jackson Hole for the summer. Then came another winter and another summer and after a couple of years Cori took a position as the National Sales Manager for Croakies (the eye wear retainers) while working at Life-Link, maker of back-country ski products. After about a year she realized that this certainly wasn't her passion and she decided to follow her mom's footsteps and become a Realtor. Cori started out as a licensed assistant to an Owner, Top Producer and a 20 year veteran in the company. The time Cori spent working with such an amazing group of Realtors enabled Cori to learn from ethical, honest, hardworking women who taught her the ins and outs of working with Buyers and Sellers on all aspects of Real Estate in Jackson Hole. Her time was spent working with clients on everything from multi million dollar vacation homes to small lots to Outfitting businesses and everything in between. Cori later formed a team with the veteran and started to focus solely on Real Estate in Wyoming and Idaho and eventually helped to start a real estate company in Teton Valley Idaho. Much to her mothers JOY, Cori then went back to her roots and accepted a position with Windermere Real Estate. Cori currently works out of the Jackson Hole and Teton Valley offices and is working on her Brokers license. Believe it or not, there is more to Cori than just work. Although Cori is tied to her Blackberry at all times, Cori enjoys snowboarding, wakeboarding, hiking, mountain biking and following NASCAR with her husband, daughter and border collie. Cori met her husband, who is a Teton County WY deputy sheriff, in Jackson Hole and they are currently living the dream just outside Jackson Hole, in Victor Idaho…or Drictor, Wydaho (in between Driggs and Victor and on the edge of Wyoming and Idaho) Between Coris experience selling internet connectivity, starting a sales force for a company, becoming a product manager, national sales manager and a Realtor, Cori is armed with the skills to help you sell or find your property…it is more than just signing a contract, it is about developing relationships.
