Good Day, everyone! I got into this business after having not one but three bad experiences with "real estate people" back in the '70's. I believed that if those people made a living doing it wrong, it certainly would be fun making a good living by doing it right! Today, after recently celebrating my 32nd Anniversary of a full-time real estate career, I have closed over 1,500 transactions and am a Committee member/Panel Chair for hearings for the Minnesota Association of REALTORS(R) Professional Standards Committee. I have been very civic minded and Chaired a committee that took one of our Minneapolis suburbs to the finals in Philadelphia for the "All-American City" Award. I have Chaired and been a long time member for two of the finest Chambers of Commerce in Minnesota and a former President of a local Optimist's Club. I only list these few things to let you know that I am committed to whatever the job is rather trying to impress you. I have always believed that doing 95% of a job (which most consider "good enough") still leaves a job unfinished. If you're going to do most of the job, just a bit more effort will get it done correctly. Pretty simple philosophy...and it works very well! I have helped countless families for two and three generations and even a couple for four! It has been a sincere and humbling honor. I plan on continuing for many years to come because I keep my brain young and work hard to do the same for my body (but that's getting tougher!) I'm here to help you accomplish your goals because I love going home at night knowing I did something worthwhile for someone that day.
