He worked with Steve Kelley on the sales and marketing of a 200-unit condominium project in San Jose, California, and a 79-lot custom home subdivision in Sacramento. Over the past 17 years Mr. Winkler has sold and closed nearly 800 condominium and single family homes in the Bay Area. Mr. Winkler is a licensed real estate broker and is the president of Daniel Winkler and Associates. Prior to forming Daniel Winkler and Associates and working for TRI Development Company, Mr. Winkler owned and operated his own business for five years in Marin County.
