About:
Danny Rios likes to think of himself as a New Yorker even though he grew up in South Plainfield, New Jersey, about an hour from Manhattan. In 1994, after college, he moved to sunny South Florida to begin a successful career as a stockbroker. This led to work for a prestigious New York-based asset management company in San Francisco. He was soon transferred to New York in 1999 where his passion for the city took root. In 2005, Danny discovered residential real estate, which allowed him to use his people and business skills to effectively help people find their perfect new home. Danny s further experience as an accounting and finance recruiter for a large staffing company helped him to hone his skills at bringing people and opportunities together. In 2008, real estate once again called his name. His enthusiasm to work for one of the biggest and best real estate companies in the city led him to join Citi Habitats Upper West Side office. Danny attributes his business success to being an effective listener I make sure I ask the right questions and listen to understand what my client is really looking for. With this skill Danny is able to help his clients quickly identify and quickly act to secure their ideal home.
