I came to Real Estate from a commercial green construction energy-efficiency consulting firm, and am also certified by the CEC as a Home Energy Rater. My Prior career experience was as the Sales/Finance/General Manager of a BMW / Triumph dealership in New England with a formal education in Aviation Airframe & Power plant (stressed skin/airfoil & Turbine engine evaluation & engineering science from New Hampshire Tech in 2001. My objectives are: 1. To review and educate and assist you on the Real Estate transaction process.. 3. To negotiate the best possible price for your home. 4. To effectively communicate to you throughout the process of buying or selling a home.. 5. To make the buying/selling process rewarding and fun as well as being as stress free as possible.
