Report on and analyze employee relations and retention metrics such as employee satisfaction levels • turnover • and absenteeism. Conduct performance improvement / disciplinary action sessions with department employees. Coach management personnel regarding policy interpretation to ensure consistent implementation. Facilitate the achievement of organizational and department objectives through pro-active approach • identifying trends and maintaining awareness of the human resources industry. Anticipate human resource issues and problems and prepare alternatives and contingency plans.
