My path has brought me through high yielding markets and poor economic conditions and has taught me that aggressive intelligence with a touch of compassion go a long way in any market. My job, simply put is to bring together a meeting of the minds between buyer and seller so that each party feels that they have done well in this most momentous financial investment. Consistent education is the key to protecting my clients interests. The highest percent of first time home buyers are in their 30's. As a result it is most important to be up to date on the newest technology as many buyers refer to social media of some sort to look for homes, they are highly intelligent and want to be involved in the process. The range of home buyers runs from 20's to 70's in most cases so to be familiar with each groups preferences a good realtor must understand everyone's needs and accommodate them. Where as a 30 something will have no problem with faxing, scanning, emailing etc an older couple prefer a slower process and a face to face understanding of each step. My job is to empathize with each clients needs and to be capable of performing for them in in a way which is most comforting to the individual. Sellers are a different story. in rough market conditions they must be informed of all the possible ways to sell their home and to do it with the least loss. As competition is fierce in such a market staging is a must and I have been professionally staging my homes for eleven years now helping each seller put their best face forward to make a quick and efficient sale of their home for the best price possible in each kind of market we have experienced.
