Abstract:
A player at a casino is provided the opportunity to wager an additional bet to win an additional reward in which several types of games and a plurality of tables of each set vie for the same reward. Each gaming table has a playing surface suitable for use by a game, and all the game tables participating in the universal non-progressive reward have the same predetermined number of play stations, or a multiple of that number. Each play station also has an identification number or symbol which is one of a set of identification numbers, with each number in the set occurring the same number of times at each table. The game includes an additional reward token purchasable by a player which is displayed on the play surface to designate that the player is wagering in the game. Each type of casino game has a set of winning conditions under which a player positioned at a given play station is entitled to win a portion of the additional reward.

Abstract:
A casino gaming station includes a free standing gaming table and a free standing canopy which can be positioned above the gaming table where the canopy is supported by a pedestal positioned adjacent to the table. The gaming table has an upper surface with markings thereon for use in the playing of one of the games of chance of a casino. The pedestal supports an upwardly extending vertical post with the upper end of the post extending horizontally outward of the pedestal and over the table. At the outer end of the vertical extension is the canopy having a motion video camera therein directed downward towards the surface of the table.

To provide a universal progressive game, incorporating a number of types of games at a casino, all the gaming tables which participate in the progressive game have the same number of play stations with each play station usable by one player. Each play station has an identifying number or symbol. For each type of game being played on the tables there is a winning combination entitling a player to win in the progressive jack pot where the winning combination includes the identification number, or symbol which identifies the player's play station with respect to the table. The invention includes a proxy progressive game in which a player can wager that the progressive game will be won by a player at a play station bearing identification number which is different from his own. The proxy progressive game includes a keyboard or the like whereby a player can select an identification number for a station other than his own, and in the event a wining combination occurs at that play station bearing an identification other than his own, he will participate in a second reward.

An improved method of playing the conventional manner of play of baccarat and game table apparatus in which a bettor makes a first wager that either a bank hand or player hand will win, the improvement comprising: the bettor having the option of making a second wager that the bank hand and the player hand will comprise in combination a four-of-a-kind of a specific card value, dealing two cards comprising the bank hand and dealing two cards comprising the player hand according to the conventional manner of play of baccarat, determining whether the combination of the bank hand and the player hand is a four-of-a-kind of the specific card value, paying off the bettor a predetermined amount if the bettor's second wager was a winning wager wherein the combination of the bank hand and the player hand is a four-of-a-kind of the specific card value, dealing an additional card to the player hand and an additional card to the bank hand if required according to the conventional manner of play of baccarat, determining a winning hand and a losing hand according to the conventional manner of play of baccarat, paying off the bettor a predetermined amount if the bettor's first wager was on the winning hand according to the conventional manner of play of baccarat and collecting the amount wagered on the losing hand. The game table apparatus comprising: a game board having a generally semicircular peripheral edge about which a plurality of players are located, the game board having designated thereon a series of bet placing boxes corresponding to each of the players and a plurality of ornamental designs corresponding to each of the players, each of the ornamental designs being located at each of the bet placing boxes.

Abstract:
A dice game apparatus includes a gaming table having a generally horizonal plane surface forming a generally arcuate peripheral edge about which a plurality of players are located. A game board is displayed on an upper surface of the table with a board having designated thereon a first series of individual crap bet placing areas positioned in a repetitive pattern along a portion of the table extending along the arcuate peripheral edge. The dice game is played with a set of two casino dice having six faces and an additional third die enclosed in a shake container. The shake container is configured and adapted so that each of the dice randomly registers one of the faces after a shaking of the container. The shake dice game method includes a portion whereby the players make wagers in general accordance with the rules of craps on the faces registered by the casino dice after a shaking of the container. To provide an additional reward, an additional bet may be placed on an occurrence where both the first set and the third die register faces having the same number.
