I have an extensive background in real estate experience and real estate education. I was first licensed as a licensed real estate agent in 1978. My first year in real estate sales I earned a place in the "Million Dollar Club." Remember the average price home at that time was about $35,000. As soon as possible, I obtained my Broker's license and became Vice President of Alinco Associates, Century 21 in Pembrooke Pines, Florida. After learning that two Florida universities offered an undergraduate degree in Real Estate, I went back to school and in 1984 obtained a BBA in real estate. Shortly thereafter I obtained a Florida Real Estate Instructors license and started teaching real estate to persons wanting to receive a Florida real estate license. My husband's job brought us to the Washington, D. C. area in 1986. I continued to reach the Principles of Real Estate and eventually taught Appraisal Fundamentals for agents who wanted to obtain a Broker's license. When licensing for Appraisers became mandatory I obtained my Appraiser Certification. I sold real estate and appraised real estate in the Northern Virginia market as well as continued teaching. In 2011 I decided to return full time to sales and have had a GREAT year! I am part of the Brian Buffini program of "Working By Referral." I have a daily commitment to Sales and Marketing and helping people achieve their goals and their dreams. I hope this bio helps you to know a little more about me.
