I became licensed 11 years ago after encouragment from my husband , Rodney Lambeth, who is a licensed general contractor. We have been happily married for almost 20 years so I've been around construction for a majority of my adult life. Rodney comes from a long line of builders so I've heard all the stories but I realized that people who have not been "born" into building/housing, like myself, didn't understand all the complex issues that may comes with buying/owning and selling property. I've always worked in public jobs ,mostly retail, because I LOVE helping people. So, I got my education, passed the exam and went to work at Century 21 in Thomasville where I recevied GREAT training and quickly rose to becoming a top agent in the office. In 2004, I went to work at Stan Byrd Realtors because of the opportunity new development offered. I learned so much and feel blessed to have worked closely with a developer and knowledgable man as Stan Byrd Sr. Most recently, my career has brought me to Ed Price Realtors, Archdale office, where I currently list and sale all types of properties.
