My name is Doug Carpenter. I'm a REALTOR® at Zephyr Real Estate’s Pacific Heights office. For almost a decade, I have successfully navigated clients through all types of real estate transactions – from single family homes, condominiums and TICs to multi-unit buildings. My ability to truly listen and understand my client’s needs is a talent that makes me a natural when it comes to helping people with the emotional and sometimes trying aspects of buying or selling their property. I resided in Minneapolis (where it's cold) for many years before finally coming home to San Francisco.
