BUYER INFO: Metro Denver inventory is still incredibly low; in short, we need more homes for sale! There's still a lot of great homes available, but you need to move FAST and be aggressive. Having the knowledge to set up timely home search parameters and broker transactions within these challenging market conditions is extremely important, and one of the reasons my clients always wind up getting the home of their dreams. SELLER INFO: Average Sold Price in Denver was up approximately 10% in 2013 for residential homes. In other words, it's an absolutely fantastic time to sell! I use a number of different techniques (high-def photos, mass email marketing, staging, etc) that help homeowners sell their home for as much and as quick as possible. For the listings I decide to accept, I have an average DOM (Days On Market) of less than 30 days.
