A system for sharing files over a computer network via a hosting site is presented. The system includes a data storage space associated with the hosting. The space includes albums created by the one or more users for storage of related files. The albums include at least one level of sharing associated with each of the users, the level of sharing being in part assigned by users creating the albums. One or more accounts are associated with each user. The accounts allow the each of the users to access albums they created and albums that they are allowed access. An album creator creates the album. An album viewer views contents of the album. A file viewer views contents of the files. An album manager allows the one or more users to associate levels of sharing of the album and to modify the contents of the album.

Methods, systems, and computer programs are directed to the implementation of configurable hierarchical schedulers with multiple levels, where each level may use one of several types of queueing mechanisms. A configurable, hierarchical scheduler is designed to handle large scale processing of requests (e.g., transmitting outgoing messages). The hierarchical scheduler distributes the loads to different queues handling different types of messages (e.g., by user ID, by Internet Address (IP), by schedule). The different layers of the hierarchical scheduler are configurable to queue and schedule traffic based on many factors, such as IP address, handling reputation, available downstream bandwidth, fairness, concurrency rates to handle multiple constraints, scheduling per client, time of delivery constrains, rate limits per user, domain scheduling per user, concurrency throttling per outbound channel, and sharing global rate limits across service processors.

Methods and apparatus for transferring funds are disclosed. In particular methods and systems for transferring funds comprising: receiving an image of a logo from a mobile device wherein the image of a logo has been captured by an image capture device integrated into the mobile device; receiving data from the mobile device, the data associated with the image of a logo and identifying a sending party's account; comparing the image of a logo with a plurality of images of logos stored in a database; finding a matching image from the plurality of images of logos; determining a receiving party's account associated with the matching image; and, causing funds to be transferred from the sending party's account to the receiving party's account.
