After attending The University of North Carolina at Charlotte, Evan worked as an Associate Broker at a local brokerage. There he developed a reputation for hard work, innovative thinking, and a commitment to his clients. Helping grow the company, Evan eventually discovered the professional limitations of working for a local brokerage. He decided to join The Corcoran Group to unlock new opportunities.
