Abstract:
The present invention provides UV attenuating nanoparticles entrapped in porous particulates that are coated with a wax material. The porous particulates also include a fatty acid applied to the wax coating. Also provided is a method of producing a powder comprised of UV attenuating nanoparticles entrapped in porous particulates coated with a wax material.
