Since 1999, I've been helping home buyers and sellers from Chicago's north side to the north suburbs. From 2007 to 2011, I sold my client's homes at an average of 95% of the list price. I have personally bought, sold and renovated residential and investment properties in the Chicago area. I have lived in many areas including Evanston, Glenview, Northbrook, Lincoln Park, Lakeview, Edgewater Beach and West Ridge. Curious about my personal real estate story? Long before becoming a Realtor in 1999, I bought a 3-flat in the Chicago area with my sister. Great idea, good investment, but we had no experience buying, selling, or managing any property. With our combined sales and design experience, we dove into the unknown waters of real estate. It was not easy, but we figured it out, by trial and error. We were live-in landlords. When we sold the 3-flat, 10 years later, we walked away with the biggest checks we’d ever seen. So, despite the challenges, I knew I would never rent again.
