About:
A personal glimpse of ... Gus Brown The same tenacity that propelled Gus Brown to the pinnacle in the sport of horse racing is now propelling him to the top of the real estate industry. He is particularly well versed in equestrian properties and has represented high profile clients such as Olympic Eventer Boyd Martin and Kentucky Derby winning owner Barry Irwin, President of Team Valor. In eight short years, Gus has sold everything from a high priced training facility, to small farmettes, country homes, townhouses, condominiums, and rentals. In the process, Gus has earned the respect of his business peers and the appreciation of his highly satisfied clients. Gus entered the real estate industry approximately eight years ago after a very successful career as a jockey. In fact, Gus was a two-time champion steeplechase jockey and set a record in 2001 when his horses earned an impressive $815,897. Gus is currently licensed in Pennsylvania, Maryland, and Delaware. He has earned both the “EcoBroker” Certification & “Green” Designation and is well versed on the newest and latest trends in technology and e-marketing. Gus and his wife, Linda, live in West Marlborough Township, Chester County with their daughter, Peyton (5). Gus serves on the Board of the West Marlborough Township Planning Commission, the Pennsylvania Hunt Cup Races Committee, and the Fair Hill Point to Point Committee. He also served as a Director for the Buck & Doe Trust.
