A Honda-Broderick Award nominee who had a solid career in the midfield. She was also the leader of Barry's attack, Her dominance in the midfield earned her All-American honors in 1990 and 1993, and helped her gain a spot on the ISAA Senior Recognition Team in 1993. Barry was 57-9-1 over four seasons with Jaeger on the team. The Bucs qualified for the NCAA Tournament every year, and became the first team with back-to-back titles when the team won championships in 1992 & 1993. Jaeger was chosen for the NCAA All-Tournament Team twice. A member of the U.S. Junior National Team in 1990. Later, she was chosen to participate in the 1993 U.S. Olympic Festival. Jaeger's career was capped off by the Barry Female Athlete-of-the-Year Award in 1993-94.
