Born and raised in Northern New Jersey, John and his family have moved around many times. During his earlier years, he never liked NYC much, but as he matured, NYC started to find its way into John's life. After thinking about the Real Estate industry, he decided to take his test for NYC rather than New Jersey. Once he passed his exams, he remembered meeting Charlie Doolan, President of Kian Realty, who gave him his card. He did some investigating and saw that Kian Realty would be a great starting point in his career. In his free time, John enjoys working out and is at the gym at least 6 days a week. He tries to stay active by playing Ultimate Frisbee as well as other sports. He has goals of traveling the world to both sightsee and become more open minded. While he still has much travelling to do, he has already been to South Korea, Cancun, and Miami's South Beach.

Abstract:
An apparatus disguised as a flashlight to be used as a self protection device. This apparatus includes a housing ergonomically designed to fit a users hand. Included in the housing are a battery, a low battery indicator device, a lighting device, a chemical spray canister, a shocking primary electrode and an additional shocking electrode, each component having a trigger assembly. The primary electrodes are triggered by a trigger switch. The additional electrode is triggered by applying force on the electrodes. The apparatus is used to either shoot the chemical spray at an assailant at a distance, or use the shocking primary electrode at a close distance, if the assailant is in front of a victim. When the assailant is at the back of the victim, the bottom additional electrode is activated for use while at the same time deactivating the shocking primary electrode. The personal safety device has a safety device that can disable the personal safety device when it is pulled from a user.

A gas imaging system for remotely detecting gas emissions by passive images of infrared radiation includes an optical system having a field of view. Abstract:
A novel golf club head for increasing the driving distance and the accuracy of the flying direction of a golf ball includes a body shell, a faceplate that is held on the body shell for striking the golf ball, and internal elements mounted in the body shell for reinforcing the faceplate. The thickness of the club face is reduced by using titanium as a head material. Connection of the sole and crown of the head with three wings of titanium reinforcements as the inner head structure of this invention reinforces a spring-like property to the face plate allowing the ball to repel off the clubface faster, with a bouncining effect. The loss of power is minimized and remained within the clubface. The speed and flying distance of the golf ball impacted with the head of this invention increased drastically. Accuracy of the flying direction is thus increased.

Abstract:
A method of manipulating at least a portion of a character model into a pose involving a library data having a plurality of deformations, where each deformation is associated with index values of one or more distance measurement nodes. One or more distance measurement nodes are defined for the portion of the character model, wherein each distance measurement node comprises a number of points on a surface defined by the geometry of the character model, wherein the points are separated by a distance value. A particular pose is selected for the character model portion to establish an initial model by selecting values for the pose controls. For the particular pose, a value of the distance measurement nodes is determined. At least one deformation is selected from the library data based in the value of the distance measurement nodes and applied to the initial model to generate a deformed model.
