I grew up in Redding, CA and Eugene, OR and graduated from the University of Oregon in 2004 with a B.S. in Human Physiology and minor in Business. I then spent four years as a building contractor specializing in Stone Masonry. When the building market died in 2007, I decided to get out of construction. Spending the next four years in medical device and pharmaceutical sales. During this time I became interested in real estate investing. In 2007 I bought my first foreclosure and first investment REO in 2009. My family and I bought more properties over the next few years keeping most as rentals which I manage here in Central Oregon. We had worked with many different realtors and were not satisfied with the service we were receiving, so in 2011 I got my broker's license. I love the chase and thrill of finding "Deals" in real estate. With experience in: Rentals, Flips, 1031 exchanges and buying with self directed IRA's I can navigate through the often complicated transactions to make that great investment happen. Central Oregon has been my playground for almost 30 years. My family took our first annual ski trip to Sunriver in 1984 when I was three. My wife and I decided to move here permanently in 2006. We enjoy Snowboarding and Nordic skiing in the winter. My son was on skis at 18 months this winter. During the summer you'll find us fishing and boating the high lakes or hiking and biking outside town or up in the Cascades. Basically we love exploring all the outdoor opportunity that the high desert has to offer.
