A method, computer system, and computer program product for generating a personalized summary of missed content from across multiple collaboration platforms are provided. The embodiment may include monitoring user participation with respect to a plurality of conversations across a plurality of collaboration platforms. The embodiment may also include determining content the user missed from the plurality of conversations based on the user participation. The embodiment may further include summarizing the missed content from each of the plurality of collaboration platforms. The embodiment may also include presenting the summarized missed content to the user in a current conversation.

The method includes determining role information of the participant. The role information indicates a role type that the participant provides toward the purpose. The method includes monitoring discussions of the meeting. The method includes generating a personalized meeting summary for the participant. The personalized meeting summary includes a summary section describing portions of the discussions that are directed to the role type of the participant.

Generation of customized response messages is described. According to the method, an incoming communication request is received and a relationship between an initiator of the communication request and a recipient of the communication request is determined. Based on a number of calendars for the recipient, an availability of the recipient is determined. When the recipient is unavailable, a customized response message is generated. The customized response message 1) is based on the relationship between the initiator and the recipient and 2) indicates an estimated response time for the recipient based on the availability of the recipient.

Embodiments of the present invention disclose a method, computer system, and a computer program product for mitigating conflicts. The present invention may include receiving communication by a recipient, wherein the received communication has a communicator sentiment associated with a communicator and a recipient sentiment associated with a recipient. The present invention may also include determining the communicator sentiment associated with the communicator message. The present invention may then include determining the recipient sentiment associated with a received communicator message. Abstract:
Embodiments of the present invention disclose a method, computer system, and a computer program product for mitigating conflicts. The present invention may include receiving communication by a recipient. The present invention may include determining the communicator sentiment and recipient sentiment measured by tone identifiers, biometric identifiers and facial expression identifiers. The present invention may include determining that the recipient sentiment does not match the communicator sentiment. The present invention may include determining and presenting an appropriate response that comprises delivering a message selected from the group consisting of an audio message, a type-written message, and a combination audio message and type-written message, wherein the determined appropriate response is searched for in a positive response database, wherein the positive response database accumulates a plurality of logged conversation responses. The present invention may further include logging a conversation result in a database.
