Star Cities manages condominium and cooperative units in New York City on behalf of foreign and/or absentee domestic owners. We deal with all aspects of, and not limited to, renovations, maintenance, tenant placement and bill payment. In addition, we also interact in fiduciary capacities with both board and building management groups as well as city and tax officials. We ensure quality monitoring and efficient action in order to remove the difficult and complex risks of absentee ownership while promoting strong relationships with the owners we passionately represent in the process.
