She raised her family to share her love and appreciation for the water.Trained in Art and Architecture at Randolph-Macon Woman's College in Lynchburg,Virginia, Jeanne partnered with William Dobson to establish a residential development and construction company. She has over 30 years experience in all aspects ofresidential construction from land development and permitting to final settlement. She spent two years working as a relocation specialist in a nationwide home inspectioncompany learning the details of employee relocation and receiving technical training as a home inspector. In 1996 Jeanne became a licensed Realtor and has spent the past years growing and managing herpersonal Real Estate business. Jeanne and Michelle combined their skills in 2006 to form the Dobson Blanchard Group. Michelle is a life long resident of Pasadena. Her specialized local knowledge comes from a lifetime of living, playing, and working in Anne Arundel County. She combines a strong technological background with a service-driven work ethnic.Michelle's introduction to the real estate industry began in 1992 when she went to work for the oldest multiple listing system in the country, Central Maryland Multiple ListingService. Through her work with CMMLS, Michelle received extensive training to fullyunderstand how licensed agents use technology in their business. During this time, Michelle received a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from Towson University, fully funding her tuition. In 2003, she decided to act on a long held desire and become a licensed Realtor.Michelle and her husband Joe live in Pasadena with their three children, one dog, and two cats. Theyvolunteer in multiple school and church activities. As a family, they enjoy boating, traveling and spending time with friends and extended family.
