I am the 2009 President of the Northern Fairfield County Association of Realtors as well as a member of the Board of Directors for the Connecticut Association of Realtors. My leadership involvement has benefited my clients in many ways. I have been a Realtor since 1994 and have always been involved in real estate in one form or another. I was a legal assistant for many years and a partner in a residential construction firm. With my legal background and knowledge of how homes are built, it felt only natural to become a Realtor and assist people in buying and selling homes. It doesn't matter to me whether you are buying or selling your first home, a luxury home or a summer home. Whatever your choice, I know it is probably one of the biggest decisions you'll ever make and with my knowledge and experience, I can make the process smoother. There is nothing more pleasurable to me than working closely with a client and helping them attain their goals to their satisfaction. I have recently formed THE GARZI REALTY GROUP to better serve my clients and expand my business. I want my clients to get the utmost personal service they deserve. Giving better service is a commitment I've always made to my clients and my team members share in this belief. My team members allow me to simultaneously do many tasks that I couldn't before. Our clients will have a team of professionals working for them so opportunities are never missed.
