I started my career in the real estate industry in August of 1984. I was a Realtor and sold real estate until April of 1987. It was during this time period that I became aware of the many opportunities available in the mortgage industry. Mortgage lending was more appealilng to me so I made the move and have never regretted it. My career in mortgage lendingstartedwith Citizens Bank and First Commercial Bank in Lawton, OK. I remained there until January of 1993, at which time my friend and business associate, Donna Caldwell, and I started our own mortgagebrokerage firm. The name of our company was KleinWell Mortgage. We were approached by Bank Oklahoma Mortgage Company in 1996 about an acquistion. We agreed and sold our company to them.I remained with Bank Oklahoma as a mortgage bankeruntil I joined Veterans United Home Loans in June of 2011. Also during this time period I taught Real Estate Pre-licensing and Continuing Education courses, My current position with Veterans United Home Loans is branch manager and mortgage loan originator. My passion is helping people fulfill the dream of home ownership. Our company offers VA, FHA, CNV and USDA loans for both purchase transactions and refinances.
