Jermaine Clarke started his real estate career as an agent for Re/Max in 2001. With Re/max Central he learned the basics of agency. After learning a great deal at Re/Max Central Jermaine went on to work for American Mutual in order to learn the field of financing real estate. Jermaine spent four years with American Mutual where he learned howto repair credit, underwrite a file for approval,what loans are best for different types of property, and the nuances between fixed and adjustable interest rate products. While his tenure at American Mutual the overall economy began to worsen so he changed his approach to helping homeowners keep their homes and avoid foreclosure. Through this experience Jermaine was able to learn how to work with banks tolower interest rates and reduce the overall debt to the client through principle reduction. After 3 years of helping distressed home owners get back on track Jermaine began working with new home builders. While working with builders he was able to use all of the skills he'd learned in his other roles to help the builder build, market, and sell homes from the ground up. The experience put him in front of agreatnetwork which he is still using day to day on all types of projects.. The network consisted of architects, engineers, interior designers, landscape designers, general contractors, and professional marketing advisors. After working with S360 for a year Jermaine set out to build a customer first model which starts and ends with customer satisfaction. He was able to create Urban Realty located in downtown Sacramento focused on helping the patrons of downtown Sacramento and the surrounding areas strengthen their financial future through the purchase, sale, negotiation, or renting of real property. Some of the unique ways he has been able to be successful in delivering excellent customer experience is through making Urban Realty a one stop shop. He believes that a client should only need one point of contactwhen it comes to real estate.
