Filed:
Mar 27, 2012
Appl. No.:
13/431009
Inventors:
Zuxu Qin - Palo Alto CA, US
Rajesh Kumar - Campbell CA, US
Dawei Huang - San Diego CA, US
Jing Shi - Carlsbad CA, US
Deqiang Song - San Diego CA, US
Assignee:
Oracle International Corporation - Redwood Shores CA
International Classification:
H03K 9/00
US Classification:
375316, 341143, 375317, 375318
Abstract:
A receiver circuit includes a first slicer coupled to receive data signals from a signal path and a reference voltage from a reference voltage path that is separate from the signal path. The first slicer is configured output a logic value based on a comparison between a voltage of the data signal and the reference voltage. The receiver circuit further includes a reference voltage generator configured to generate the reference voltage. The reference voltage generator is configured to dynamically generate the reference voltage based on logic values of previously received signals during operation in a first mode. During operation in a second mode, the reference voltage generator is configured to generate and provide the reference voltage as a static voltage.

Markers For Determination Of Patient Responsiveness

G06F 19/00
US Classification:
424 856, 514 11, 514547, 4241421, 702 19
Abstract:
Compositions and methods are provided for prognostic classification of inflammatory diseases, e.g. inflammatory demyelinating disease, patients into subtypes, which subtypes are informative of the patient's need for therapy and responsiveness to a therapy of interest. The patterns of cytokines provides for a signature pattern that can identify patients likely to benefit from therapeutic intervention as well as discriminate patients that have a high probability of responsiveness to a therapy from those that have a low probability of responsiveness. Assessment of this signature pattern thus allows improved methods of care. In one embodiment of the invention, the autoimmune disease is multiple sclerosis or neuromyelitis optica.

Methods For Diagnosis, Prognosis And Methods Of Treatment

US Patent:
2017018, Jun 29, 2017
Filed:
Aug 5, 2016
Appl. No.:
15/230138
Inventors:
- South San Francisco CA, US
David B. Rosen - Mountain View CA, US
Alessandra Cesano - Redwood City CA, US
Santosh K. Putta - Foster City CA, US
James R. Hackett - San Jose CA, US
Michael Walker - Mountain View CA, US
Jing Shi - Mountain View CA, US
International Classification:
G01N 33/574
G01N 33/68
G01N 33/50
Abstract:
The present invention provides an approach for the determination of the activation states of a plurality of proteins in single cells. This approach permits the rapid detection of heterogeneity in a complex cell population based on activation states, expression markers and other criteria, and the identification of cellular subsets that exhibit correlated changes in activation within the cell population. Moreover, this approach allows the correlation of cellular activities or properties. In addition, the use of modulators of cellular activation allows for characterization of pathways and cell populations. Several exemplary diseases that can be analyzed using the invention include AML, MDS, and MPN.

Providing Continuous Context For Operational Information Of A Storage System

US Patent:
2016028, Sep 29, 2016
Filed:
Mar 24, 2015
Appl. No.:
14/667263
Inventors:
- Sunnyvale CA, US
Daniel Nghia Truong - San Jose CA, US
Brian M. Hackworth - San Jose CA, US
Jing Shi - San Jose CA, US
Mrinmoy Majumdar - Sunnyvale CA, US
International Classification:
H04L 12/26
G06F 3/0484
G06F 3/0485
H04L 29/08
Abstract:
A system management tool provides a comprehensive summary of operational information of a storage system. For example, the system management tool presents a digital dashboard (“dashboard”) in a graphical user interface. The system management tool also presents, via the dashboard, views that correspond to different dimensions of the storage system. In response to expansion of a selected view, the system management tool can automatically collapse the other views into a non-expanded views or move the other views to visible areas remaining after expansion of the selected view. Thus, all of the views remain continuously visible via the dashboard despite the modification to the appearance of the selected view.

Storage System Statistical Data Storage And Analysis

US Patent:
2016007, Mar 17, 2016
Filed:
Sep 11, 2014
Appl. No.:
14/483946

Jing Shi - Sunnyvale CA, US
International Classification:
G06F 11/30
G06F 17/30
G06F 11/34
Abstract:
First performance data is obtained from active data sources for components of a storage system into execution space of an operating system. Second performance data is derived from the first performance data. The first performance data and the second performance data is grouped into a data unit that can be written to a data structure. The data unit is written to the data structure.
