Hi my name is John Doan. I am a CA Real Estate Broker in the Southern California area. I have been in the real estate industry for over 7 years. I started out as a loan officer for a fortune 500 company who collapsed when the industry started going down in 2006. I then started as a Sales Manager for HSBC Bank in the Mortgage division. I was soon promoted to Assistant VP in Real Estate and Mortgage Sales. I was doing this for the past couple of years and decided to actually get out there and be a part of the Real Estate market since this was my original plan, to be self employed, have time to spend with my family, and to make money.
